Delivery Information

 

 

We have negotiated special rates with our couriers to ensure our customers get the very best rates avaliable. The shipping calculator on the product page and the checkout page will automatically calculate the delivery price and estimated time of arrival to your specific area (please note this is just an ETA and transit times may vary). You will also have a choice of different shipping speeds and whether you would like the parcel left at your door or not.

 

Same Day Dispatch!

Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day and a tracking number will be issued to you. 

 

Worldwide delivery

We deliver WORLDWIDE, so no matter where you are we can get our products to you!

 

Damage in transit :(

Occasionally damage does happen in transit although it is pretty rare as our parcels are packaged very well. If this does happen don't worry just let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will take care of everything. We just need some photos of the damage and we can then arrange to swap the product for a new one all at our expense. 

 

 

                                                                                                                                                                                

 

 

Delivery FAQ

 

Can the driver call me when they arrive?

Unfortunately drivers do not have company phones and therfore are not able to call you. As you can imagine they have hundreds of deliveries every day so this isn't feasable. 

 

One of my parcels has been delivered but the other hasn't, whats happening?

As the parcels are different sizes, some are sorted by computers and some sorted by hand. This sometimes means one parcel will arrive before the other.

 

What happens if i'm not home for delivery?

If you are not home to accept the delivery, the couirer will leave you a  "Sorry i missed you" card. You can then either pick the parcel up from the depot or arrange for a re-delivery ( A $12.00 re-delivery fee is charged by the courier). For a re-delivery you may stipulate a day for delivery. 

If you selected "authorised to leave" in the shopping cart, your parcel will be left for you.

 

Can i arrange a time for delivery?

Unfortunately you cannot stipulate a time for delivery. You will however be given an estimated day of arrival and a tracking number to keep an eye on the parcel. The tracking information will be updated, so you know when it is on board with the driver.
