We replaced a pet door obtained from a hardware store which was expensive but did not serve at all for security with the Animalistic Pet Door. We have today installed the Animalistic Pet Door with Security pack and are extremely happy with the product. All required seals, brackets and screws were supplied for a sound install and the result is extremely strong, robust and secure. Materials and powder coating were of good quality. Value for money compared to the previous hardware supplied product was exceptional. It has met our requirements for pets access whilst retaining a secure door perfectly.
The door and all components installed in less than one hour. The quality is of a very high standard, so are the fittings that one can purchase with the door. With the aluminum adaptor, my security screen and glass sliding doors close perfectly and lock securely. We have one very happy puppy. That is not the best part, the most amazing is the service. From the minute your order is placed, you know exactly where the order is. When my Aluminum adaptor arrived, it was damaged in transit and I did not accept delivery. Within 10 minutes of me not accepting delivery, I had an email from Animalistic, apologizing for the incident and confirming that they had already shipped a replacement. Not only that, it was shipped by express post and I got it the very next day... AMAZING This is THE BEST company I have EVERY dealt with. Highly recommended all round.
As a renter I have always had to leave a door open so my cat and 2 cavaliers could come in and out as they pleased, but thanks to the temporary pet door those days are long gone. Delivery was super fast, I ordered late on a Tuesday night and it was on my doorstep Friday morning. As I am in Central West NSW I was expecting to wait at least a week so I was very happy. My dogs used it immediately and within 2 days my cat trusted it enough to start using it too. As we have just purchased an Amstaff puppy, the day will come when she wont fit through the medium door we purchased so it will be with no hesitation whatsoever that I will be returning to buy the large door. I recommend this door to every one of my pet owning friends as the are fantastic and look great too.
